FS-Elliott needed a visual way to explain a technical product, system, process, or differentiator that would be difficult to show clearly with live footage alone.
MayoFlux case study
FS-Elliott needed a visual way to explain a technical product, system, process, or differentiator that would be difficult to show clearly with live footage alone.
FS-Elliott works in industrial compressor systems. MayoFlux framed the work for the audience, use case, and product context behind the assignment.
CAD files, product references, technical notes, brand direction, sales context, engineering feedback, and review comments.
MayoFlux shaped the story, prepared or rebuilt assets, handled look development, animation, lighting, rendering, compositing, and technical review cycles.
Product animation masters, web-ready embeds, sales or trade show versions, and visual assets that can be reused across launch, training, and follow-up.
A reusable product story for sales conversations, product pages, launches, and follow-up marketing.
FS-Elliott asked Mayoflux to reveal the inner workings of its R2000 control board—a compact brain that monitors centrifugal compressors in real time. Starting several cad models, our team staged component callouts, and animated signal flow so engineers could see hardware and software playing in sync.
The biggest hurdle was all the details; resistors and IC packages were only fractions of a millimeter, so we balanced polygon count against clarity and applied subtle glow passes to guide the viewer's eye. The finished clip is now a part of FS-Elliott's training library and sales toolkit. Mayoflux turns complex visuals into clear stories - let us simplify yours next.
